Land being used for waste disposal

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8616876.

There is an increasingly large volume of what looks like all manner of building rubble and general waste disposal being accumulated on this land. Is this a permissible use of the piece of land, as the area is very much an eyesore, and getting worse by the day?! Thank you for investigation into the matter.
