Brand new enclosed footbal pitch gate locks not working

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8613225.

New enclosed football pitch gates that are key pad locked, are left wide open so vandals can get in.

Tried to push gate closed and it would not latch closed
