Abandoned uninsured vehicle

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8607059.

DE13 MMO has been parked up for around a month and the owner has now moved house and left the vehicle here. Whilst it appears to be taxed and mot'd, it does not have any insurance and is parked on a busy public road
