Litter dustbin holder broken

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8606567.

This is a domestic sized bin that has a metal arm to stop the lid opening too far. The metal work is still in place, but the concrete bin base has been moved/damaged so the bin cannot stand on it. The bin itself appears undamaged.
