  • Great news, we have an update.

We've completed our investigation and works are now planned. We aim to complete repairs within 28 working days.

  • Not fixed yet but told it has been inspected and will be fixed in28 days. What I don’t understand is if a bloke comes out to inspect why doesn’t he have the tools/parts to repair/fix at the same time, I know he will not be able to fix all as that is not possible with bent poles etc but a missing clamp or bolt is different, it must cost a fortune to send two guys out to the same job! no wonder NCC are broke!
