Cars continuing to drive down pedestrian path

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8564964.

Cars are still driving down the footpath/cycle path between cumberland and northumberland avenue, despite being told this problem was fixed the bollards requested and the ones recently Installed are in the wrong place ! Nowhere near cumberland or northumberland avenue footpath entrances
