Drains blocked all down road side ... leaves ?

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8559051.

The drains are blocked from Physic Lane north side and the water runs down the bank to the bridge and causing dampness in Wreighburn lodge . They are, I believe full of leaves as they were done a few nonths ago . It will damage the road too if not fixed . hope you can sort please asap .
