Evergrown hedge onto road U6003

On the road U6003, between its junction onto the B1337 and the crossing over the ford to the north, there is an unmaintained hedge on the east side of the road that is completely overgrown and overhangs the road, it is still passable to cars and small vans, but access to larger delivery and goods vehicles as well as farm vehicle traffic is becoming impassable, requiring driving up onto the verge on the opposite site of the road to avoid hitting the branches hanging down. the overgrowth needs to be cut back to the edge of the road. This has been getting worse for years.
