Fly tipping

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8529456.

Rubble, sacks and general waste. It’s an eyesore and encourages more fly tipping. If this is a designated council tip for excess tarmac - although goodness knows why it is not used to repair our roads - then it should be fenced in. This is a permanent issue and eyesore
