A Flooding problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8515887.

Ditch not taking water into field, so has been a good few feet high for weeks now & half way up cars. Right across single track road & onto verges either side - road leading to Blue Mill Cottages. What3Words - flag. parkland. open. Many thanks

  • Rd not flooded at the moment however as soon as snow melts/ it rains again problem will return. We usually dig the ditch ourselves, however we are getting a little too old to do this!

    Regularly floods and no longer drains away. Can take up to a week with no more rain before it clears. When walking you have to try and walk on verges that are uneven, boggy and slippy.
