Huge potholes beside recycle/refuse bins

At the bottom of this road where our recycle and refuse bins are, huge poleholes have now developed. They started small however as the bad weather continues they are huge! It is very unsanitory and not nice having to walk through to empty our rubbish and recycling into the bins. Postal code NE47 5LT.
