Grass very long on verges

The grass on Horton Drive has been left very long in parts this year snd looks very unsightly. Would it be possible for these areas to be trimmed? If my dog does his business in these areas.its very difficult to pick up as the grass is so long I don't feel like these areas were given a last cut this year.
