Overhanging tree

This is a very sturdy tree, branches are thick. It overhangs the pavement at a dangerous height of around 5ft therefore making people duck as they walk past. In the dark this is a danger as the branches are so thick they will cause damage to the face. I only know this as I walked past with a hat on and the branches caught it and pulled it off.
