Incomplete road resurfacing

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8495897.

The resurfacing works on the Ladywell Way Estate are incomplete and the road is unsafe, safety warning signage is in place and the estate has been without road markings for approximately 2 months.
