Review of Business operations

I would like to raise a concern regarding a local business that appears to be operating outside of its permitted hours. On multiple occasions, there have been vehicles arriving and leaving after hours , through the night , attending to the horses kept on site along with associated noise and activity. The lights are left on , quad bikes , strong smells etc . This is causing disturbance to nearby residents and may be in breach of the business’s approved operating conditions.

Could the council please review the operating hours for this business and investigate whether the after-hours vehicle movements and activity are compliant with local regulations? Any follow-up or enforcement that may be required would be appreciated.
