Path outside school uneven allowing too much surface water

The path outside Ringway primary school all the way around, and at the entrance gate, is very uneven. On a day like today the paths are overflowing with water and huge puddles have formed right where children and parents are getting in and out of cars due to where they have to park, and children are getting their feet soaked before a full day at school weather they arrive by car or walk which is unacceptable. The school advises this has been raised several times and nothing done. This needs fixed ASAP, ideally once the school closes for Christmas break.
