Red car parked on pavement

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8481025.

Red car obstructing whole pavement usually Monday to Friday, mornings, couldn't get my mobility scooter along there. Other side of road near the swan trust pavement so bad can't go along their either, almost got hit by a car on more than one occassion
