Inconsiderate parking on pavements on North Seaton Road means people have to walk on the main road through the town

Cars regularly parked on pavements between 25 - 45 North Seaton means people have to walk on busy main road as well OAP scooters and people with child buggies. It is dangerous and inconsiderate.
