Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8475174.
This is 10 yards further down hill from manhole cover, from where water emerged in the spring. Problem has re-occurred as soon as wet weather has returned, only water is emerging from spot just 10 yards further down hill. Big torrent of water running down side of B6341, flooding road at bottom. Huge problem when icy. Please attend to urgently.

Please can you explain what you mean by "immediate repair criteria"?
The situation on the road changes depending on how much rain we have. When there is a lot of rain, as we have had on several days recently, the flow from the hole at the side of the road beside the drain increases drastically and covers much of the road, culminating in a huge pool at the bottom of the hill. After 2/3 dry days, the flow reduces.
