Blocked road drain (with leaves)

Drain on road is blocked with leaves from surrounding trees, this is causing the road to be flooded when it rains, the flooding stretches across to the middle of the road causing issues to get into our cars which are parked on the road adjacent to Wedderlaw. This issue occurs every year when the leaves fall from the trees. The drain is next to street light number 2902CR.
