Drain cover outside chippy blocked causing flooding

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8456471.

No water draining away at all. Pedestrians are unable to access the pavement from the parking bays and are having to walk onto the roundabout around other cars to get to the pavement. There is currently approximately 8 metres of pavement that is not accessible from the parking bays.it is the drain cover directly outside the chippy.
