Border buses request via Passenger team at NCC

Good Morning, can you please assist me in ensuring the following route is given priority gritting daily.

67 service Route and BER0002 school Route A698 at Eagle Lodge down to Horncliffe village - pics attached.

This route is regularly untreated in the winter resulting in us not being able to serve Horncliffe. The timetable for the service 67 recently changed to serve Horncliffe on all journeys. The BER0002 also serves twice per day. To avoid this happening going forward can you ask roads to add this as a priority area to grit?

Your help with this would be much appreciated.
