Down pipe cover sprung up.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8440388.

The downpipe cover that runs over the pavement has popped up causing a rather high trip hazard on the pavement. This area is walked regularly with people that have visual impairments and a very narrow road so path is used at all times.
