Industrial waste / hazardous ?

Please can you confirm that this large scale industrial waste has been removed ?

This appeared to be shredded waste. Possibly including plastic syringes so maybe hazardous.

Presumably this was transported in a large wagon so have the police traced the vehicle as it would have been seen on strategically placed cameras in the immediate and surrounding main approach roads
