Road surface

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8413513.

The surface of the road at Hauxley Lane is in need of resurfacing from the A1068 to the entrance of Kirkwell Cottages. Many other back roads have been resurfaced in the area which do not get as much traffic as Hauxley Lane. The road through High Hauxley (past Kirkwell Cottages) has already been resurfaced and this was not in such disrepair as Hauxley Lane. Please give this some consideration. Thank You.

We are aware of the issue and we have instructed work in the area to repair any potholes which meet the criteria of an actionable defect.
