New drains blocked/flooded

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8412897.
The new drains in the summer are now completely blocked/waterlogged. There is approx 3-5 inches of water/silt in the bottom of Playwell Road flooding out onto & then running south down the A697, causing a large puddle in the dip on the bend.
