Damages to council property outside home

The wall outside the property has been damaged by unknowns , it’s on the roadside nothing to do with my property but this now poses a threat to my pesonal property as the bricks are loose and smashed outside my house next to my car, concerns of the bricks being thrown at my car or my home with 2 small children inside. They have been loose for some weeks noticed one or 2 but was of no concern so didn’t report but have left house this morning to the attached pictures and very concerned now about the safety of nearby properties and the public safety of bricks lying on roadsides etc
