Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8412079.

Mattress dumped outside 15 Turner Street has now been there for 2 months also commercial bins full of rubbish not been emptied for 2 years. This area is frequently used as a dumping ground for people's waste
