Overgrown hedge, thorn bush etc is Overgrown its on Council land, my main concern is that if any emergencies service's need to get to the back of these flats to gain access they won't be able to because the path way is so Overgrown right the way round to the tenants back door access, its a serious health & safety matter , especially if there was a fire , & the only access would be the backgate/ back door entrance the fire service's/ paramedics, doctor would have to cut through over grown hedge,thorn bushes & bramble vines to gain access to the Flats which will be time wasted in an emergency
