Gulley blocked that is not showing on map

Reported via mobile in the Blocked - Flooding of Private Property category by David Langdown at 11:31, Wednesday 5 November 2025

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8379158.

The gulley in the lay-by next to the sign for The Birches is blocked, this is not showing as one of the drains that are available for selection on the map so I have selected the adjacent one but the drain/gulley in question is often covered by a slow draining puddle. The puddle often overflows and runs down the driveway of the private road for 3 properties. Request for callback please to fully explain as previous callback request was not actioned and when the drains have been cleared in the past, it has been the ones on the opposite side of the road. Thanks
