Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8376516.

A Fly-tipping problem has been found by Northumberland County Council, Fire brigade was out last night putting fire out & then NCC have been & cleared the area. There is now further rubbish been dumped there again, concerns there will be another fire started. Needs removing asap. Reported via NFRS Bonfire form.
