Dropped kerbs blocked by parked vehicle

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8376093.

Newly installed dropped kerbs are constantly blocked by an SUV parked across them. Vehicle is owned by residents at number 9 Greenwich Gardens. For the last 2 days they have had their caravan hooked up to the vehicle totally blocking the area. Disabled and elderly people cannot use this footpath safely.

    Any vehicles parking over dropped kerbs should be reported to Northumbria Police as this is an obstruction issue and the Councils Civil Enforcement Officers only have the powers to enforce where parking restrictions are in place.
