Good afternoon, we live here - between West and East Woodburn - now for over 26 years and every time it rains ' a little' we have problems with drainage. With severe rain, we are in risk of flooding. Many times we have spoken to your dept. about this and some of your staff have been out. Years ago, a soak hole was made in the farmers field - see picture - but that has never worked. Also the drains don't work and it's not a question of simple cleaning them out - we clean them regularly ourselves. Also the water on the road, last picture nr the bin, cannot go into the river. This happens along the whole stretch and we regularly dig access to the river but something more permanent needs to be made. Would it be possible to speak to one of your staff about this or could somebody come out to speak to us and we can show them what is the problem. Thank you and kind regards, Jeanette and Gerard van der Veen,
