Tree imposing on Aged Miners' Homes

We have received multiple reports of a tree that is causing issues at the Aged Miners' Homes. The tree has damaged the parking bays and is causing damage due to falling leaves and sap. The tree is not on NAMHA property. I would be grateful if someone could please take a look at this. Thank you.
