The saplings have been cut, leaving very sharp stems. Instead of cutting horizontal to the ground they have been cut just off vertically, leaving a lot of spears sticking out of the ground. Very dangerous for anyone falling onto them. I thought the council would be well versed in HEALTH AND SAFTEY. Needs sorting before someone is seriously injured.
