Plastic wrapping blowing in to road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8352090.

Plastic wrapping from the latest installation of tat left on the side of the road was blowing across the live lane due to the high winds. It has now come loose completely and is in the trees and surrounding hedges. As others have said this is going to cause an accident and is just litter at this point.
