This vehicle iswft here daily. Its obstructs at least half of the path, making it very difficult for wheelchair users to get past, made worse my the she street sign just behind the lorry. Its also just off the junction, meaning drivers have to brake sharply as they round the bend to avoid oncoming traffic

Vehicle is on the kerb outside St Cuthberts church on Wellington street
