Dog owners allowing their dogs to urinate on our houses

Dogs constantly urinating on the corner of my house and underneath my living room window which faces on to Dock Road. I keep having to slush afterwards and I’m 80yr old so shouldn’t have to be doing this. Signage and bins are needed. There’s a path on the other side which dogs should walk along staying away from housing.
