Overgrown trees

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8319345.

We live at 1 Wolsingham Court Cramlington NE23 1DR, we reported overgrown trees to the side of our property to which the gardeners attended today 20/10/25 they cut the side of the trees and did a fine job, but the stated that they were not allowed to reduce the height as they did not have the equipment. They informed me to report to report it again and stated that a tractor is required to carry out the work. Can this be done asap to prevent more damage to our fence, if possible this would be greatly appreciated. Regards Mr H Lilley

  • The trees to the side of the property have been trimmed but the workers could not cut the tops as they did not have the required equipment, they told me to report again and ask for the tractor ? to carry out the work to the height.
