All street lights out.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8316940.

All the street lights on the roundabout at the junction of the A192 and A1171, in addition to the access road for the Community Fire Station are out. In a response to a previous report I was told the issue would be looked at within six hours. The lack of functioning street lighting remains.

Updates

  • The electricity supply to the street lighting unit has failed. Northern Powergrid are responsible for the power supply. We notified NPG of the issue on 03/10/25. The standard response time is 25 working days
