A Grass Cutting problem has been found

Resident Callback Request – Urgent The resident has requested a call back as soon as possible. She would like to understand why the grass at the front of the properties was cut back in September, but the rear communal area—maintained by NCC—has not yet been attended to. The resident is disabled and is currently struggling to access the washing line due to the overgrown grass. She is requesting a phone call to find out when the rear area will be cut. Thank you.
