This couple have allowed there dog to foul on the path outside our home, we know who they are and they have admitted that it's them however they have stated they picked the mess up however they did not... cctv footage shows them walking away and the S##t is still there. Now you have the photo evidence, i have the cctv footage and the name of the female in the photo it would be good if NCC actually did something this time as you did nothing the last time this was reported!!!
