Outside 144 Maple Street their is a build up of moss, leaves, and rubbish. That has accumulated over the years due to lack of maintenance by street cleaners. This Street has also not seen a road mechanical sweeping vehicle for a while. The road guttering is becoming clogged, and when it rains debris is being flushed down the Street drains causing them to block.
