New crop PRoW not reinstated

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8295540.
New crop in the field, looks like Oil Seed Rape but I could be wrong. It has been there now for at least a month. The fact of the matter is that there is now a crop growing once more where there should be a visibly delineated path on the ground, even a quad track would do it at leat it would be something to follow instead of walking all over the crop hoping one is going in the right direction, if one could see the other side of the field and either the gate or stile it would be a much simpler task but as there is a hill the view to the other side is blocked, it is typical of this farm to no reinstate paths until the last, it doesn’t take long to spray the route in question then it’s done and no one else complains, maybe their subsidy should be withheld till the work is done. they did the same this year with 215/005 and yet again with215/002 and 3 and many more, no one bothers to reprimand them!

Still the same basically, one can just about see different paths on the ground where people have walked not knowing where they should go, eventually, one will emerge as the dominant path, but by then the crop will be knee high or higher, maybe the farmer/land owner needs a reminder that it is their responsibility to maintain cross field paths within 14 days of ploughing!

Same situation as last report except there is now a more obvious route across the field, it does follow a circuitous route more than the actual route but does join ‘A’ to ‘B’. As such we are able to walk across the field albeit through the crop, it is ankle high at the moment but much more growth and it will be a case of wet trousers as it grows higher as the path is only 300mm wide at most!
