Tree branches breaking off and touching street lighting

The tree opposite 24 and 25 Solingen Estate has big branches breaking off whenever there some wind. Cars can not be parked under the bay next to it as it’s feared they’ll be damaged. Its branches are also touching the top of the lamppost.
