Weekly bin collection

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8287264.

Every week the bins are collected from outside our gates. Numbers 7 - 17. Every week the bins are emptied and returned to outside our gates until recently. Now the bin men have decided just to leave the empty bins right at the bus stop. These bins can stand there all day until collected by their owners. This is a hazard. Wind could very easily move these into the road especially now winters coming. Can I suggest that the bin men start returning the bins to our properties.
