Tattered flags

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8266106.

Flags tied to lamp posts along the whole of North Seaton Road and town wide. They are sliding down from the lamp posts that they were illegally tied to. Some are becoming tattered and hanging very low posing a risk to pedestrians and cyclists. They are also a distraction for drivers, some of the flags are now obstructing road signs. It feels like our town has been vandalised, they are an embarrassment to the town, please remove them and take action against those who left them.
