A Other problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8262004.

Residential and commercial bins are left in this back lane and through the night people are coming and looking through the bins and throwing the rubbish all over the place. causing the street to be filled with food, clothes and loads of other kinds of waste. This is now causing rats its in such a state.
