Someone has dumped a window frame with loose glass.

A large window frame, with loose glass has been dumped between 9am and 1pm at that location.

Its extremely dangerous it being keft on the road and with the current high winds uts potentially a risk to pedestrians and animals using the walk ways/road.

I love at 10 Cavendish Gardens, it is leaning against the side of 12 Cavendish Gardens.
