Post has come out of paving leaving a hole

Area shown is non-vehicular. Pedestrian only access as end of cul de sac. Retractable bollards were to replace posts put in by developers over 5 years ago. This was never done. One of the posts has now come out, leaving a hole that is a trip hazzard for pedestrians. In addition, vehicles are now parking on the area and using it as a short cut when driving around the estate.
